Toure's contract at Man City expires at the end of the season and the player says his preference is to stay at the Etihad, but Dimitri Seluk says City have not given any indication as to whether they will offer him an extension.
Seluk has revealed he has had offers from clubs in Italy and Spain and will be open to discussing the possibilities with Premier League clubs - including City's arch-rivals at Old Trafford.
Seluk said: "At this moment the situation like this; from yesterday we officially started negotiating with different clubs about his future.
"We waited until March 15 for what Manchester City will say but until now Manchester City don't say anything. Before March, we didn't negotiate with anybody because Yaya does a lot with Manchester City, so we waited. But we cannot wait until the last minute, until June and have no negotiations with anybody.
"Some clubs have contacted me. Now we have three options. I don't speak about Yaya and China or the MLS. He will play in Europe. I have spoken with clubs in different countries; Italy and Spain.
"Clubs from England waited for the situation with Manchester City, but now we can speak in England and soon I will come to England for negotiations. Yaya must go to vacation already signed with another club."
Asked whether he would be open to talking to Manchester United, Seluk said: "Why not? Jose Mourinho is a very good coach. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was together with Yaya in Barcelona.
"I understand this is two clubs who are rivals but for me, for example, this is not a problem from Yaya or from me, this problem will be from Manchester City staff.
"I said to Manchester City that we will start negotiations with other clubs about the future of Yaya. After that, if Manchester City want, they can start negotiations. If they don't want then we will find another club.
"Yaya can, tomorrow, sign a contract with another club and after that for Manchester City it is too late. They don't say anything; he must say or he must go. They can think it and Manchester City one of the options. We are open to negotiations. But tomorrow, for example, we heard with Chelsea, he will sign with Chelsea."
맨시티 미드필더 야야 투레의 계약은 이번 시즌을 끝으로 만료되며, 선수 본인은 맨시티 잔류를 원하고 있는것으로 알려지고 있지만, 그의 에이전트인 디미트리 셀루크는 맨시티가 아직까지 그에게 계약 연장을 제시할것인지에 대한 어떤 언급도 하지 않았다고 주장했다.

셀루크는 "어제부터 공식적으로 다른 클럽들과 그의 미래를 위한 협상을 시작했다. 우리는 3월 15일까지 맨시티가 어떤 이야기를 할것인지 기다렸지만, 맨시티는 그 어떤 이야기도 하지 않았다. 야야가 맨시티에 남기를 강력하게 원해왔기 때문에 3월전까지 우리는 그 어떤이와도 협상을 하지 않았다. 그래서 우리는 기다렸지만 우리는 마지막 순간까지 그냥 아무와도 협상을 하지 않고 기다리고 있을수만은 없다.
몇몇 클럽들이 나에게 연락을 해왔다. 우리에겐 세가지 옵션이 있다. 일단 야야는 중국이나 MLS로 가지는 않을것이다. 그는 유럽에서 뛴다. 나는 이탈리아와 스페인등 여러 나라의 팀들과 이야기를 나눴다. 잉글랜드의 클럽들은 맨시티와 야야 사이의 상황이 정리되기를 기다리고 있다. 하지만 이제는 잉글랜드 클럽들과도 이야기를 나눌수 있고, 곧 협상을 위해 잉글랜드로 건너갈 예정이다."라고 밝혔다.
맨유로의 이적가능성에 대한 질문에는 "왜 안되겠나? 주제 무리뉴 감독은 매우 좋은 감독이다. 즐라탄도 바르셀로나 시절 야야와 함께 뛴적이 있다. 두 클럽이 라이벌이라는것은 이해하지만, 나에게는 야야나 나의 문제가 될수는 없다. 이 문제는 맨시티의 스태프에게 문제가 될것이다.
나는 맨시티측에 다른 클럽들과 야야의 미래에 대해 이적협상을 진행할것이라고 분명하게 밝혔다. 맨시티가 원한다면 그들 또한 협상을 시작할수 있다. 그렇지 않다면 우리는 다른 클럽을 찾는다. 야야는 내일이라도 다른 클럽과 계약에 사인할수 있다. 그때가 되면 맨시티는 늦는것이다. 그들이 이야기 하지 않으면, 야야는 얘기를 하거나 떠나야 한다. 그들은 생각을 해봐야 할것이고 맨시티 또한 하나의 옵션이다. 우리는 모든 옵션을 열여놓고 있다. 만약 내일, 예를 들어 첼시로부터 연락을 받는다면 그는 첼시와 사인할수도 있다."라고 대답했다.
